Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

What are the shipping options?

Orders generally arrive in 5-14 business days. If you need an order expedited, email us we can probably help. Please note we only ship within the USA!

When will my order ship?

Due to COVID please allow 2-5 days for orders to process, we apologize for this delay. We are doing everything we can to reduce the order processing time. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

At Glow & bliss, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Glow & bliss within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered. You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at info@glownbliss.com for further details. 
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
